HIM2 2 Year Warranty:

• Covers parts and labor.
• Customers will have to ship in the unit at their own cost.
• Touch In Style SA will be responsible for shipping units back.
• Filters must be removed before customer ships unit in.
• Customers are responsible for any damage during shipping. 
• Customers must call in first so that Touch In StyleSA can identify the problem.
• If at all possible, customer should take a video or Skype with company to prove and identify the problem.
